"Painting Seattle Neighborhood Favorites – Phinney Art Walk 2025"

I’m so excited to be taking part in my first-ever Phinney Art Walk—and it’s the big one! I’ll be showing my work at Luxe Lighting, close to the corner of Greenwood and 83rd. Drop by on Friday from 5–9 PM for wine, chocolate, and some great art. I’d love to see you and say hello! If you can’t make it Friday, the artwork will still be up on Saturday too.

I’ll have my two newest giclée prints available: North Star Diner and 74th Street Ale House, along with my complete series of North Seattle favorites—those neighborhood gems we all know and love. These places might not show up in tourist guides, but they’re iconic in their own right. I’m calling them “hot spots for locals.”

North Star Diner is one of our go-tos for breakfast (and the attached Shanghai Room karaoke bar has a vibe like no other!). 74th Street Ale House is a true neighborhood classic—a cozy tavern with great beer, community energy, and that "everyone knows your name" feeling.

And of course, I’ll be bringing along a few special originals that capture memories from my travels—pieces that don’t always get shown but are close to my heart.

Sully’s Snow Goose is another neighborhood favorite—equal parts charming and divey, with a patio made for catching up with friends on a sunny day, and an indoor space perfect for watching the game. Places like these are full of character, and painting them feels like a love letter to the city I call home.

This is such a fun neighborhood event, and I’m genuinely thrilled to be part of it. Seattle loves its neighborhoods, and we’re a loyal bunch. Hope to see you out there!
